SoCal Bunny love has the right to refuse to sell or cancel a sale at any time. All sales are final, We cannot refund money or take back a rabbit for any reason for a refund. There are no waitlists for rabbits; all rabbits are first come first serve. If you’d like to put a hold on a rabbit, you can reserve one with a deposit. All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits cannot be transferred to a different rabbit. Deposits may be made through cash or Venmo and will be applied to the price of the rabbit. Paying a deposit or purchasing a rabbit means you have a read and agreed to our sales policy.
At this time we do not allow visitors into our rabbitry. All rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. SoCal Bunny Love would never knowingly sell a sick or injured bunny. Although we strive to identify gender accurately, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the rabbit's gender at pickup. While not common, gender mistakes can happen. The gender of any young rabbit is not 100% guaranteed. If your bunny's gender is misidentified after you've reserved it and it's still in our care, we can apply your deposit to another bunny or offer you a refund.
Refunds are not given for a change of heart.
Once you take your bunny home, we cannot take your bunny back for health purposes of our other rabbits. We do not guarantee show results or future reproductive capability.
Bunnies are eligible to go to new and loving homes at 8 week old. They will come with a week's supply of food.
There is a lot of time, work, and energy dedicated to ensuring we have healthy, happy, social and beautiful rabbits. Please respect the prices of our bunnies. They are non negotiable and we want them to go to loving homes.
